Senior customer service

We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium delivery service in the U.S. that operates through robots. The focus will be on resolving issues related to customer orders. Interactions will take place through chat, phone calls, and emails.
This role will involve assisting customers with any problems they encounter with their orders and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
If you have ADVANCED ENGLISH (C1) skills and exceptional communication abilities, we want to hear from you!

☎ Schedule: Rotational shifts, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

🕋 Location: Work on site the first 90 days at Connecta Bogotá: Cll 26 #92-32 (Gold 9 - Floor 4) and then working from home
