Trilingual Sales Representative (Portuguese, English & Spanish) – Relocation to Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a Trilingual Sales Representative to join our team at TDCX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, while actively promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively across multiple languages will be essential to your success.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in sales, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships. You should demonstrate an exceptional ability to understand customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets. Strong teamwork skills and a results-driven mindset are critical to contributing to the overall success of the business.

This role involves a combination of fieldwork and office-based activities. You will be required to travel frequently to visit clients and attend industry events. Adaptability to different environments and cultures will be a significant advantage, particularly as this position requires relocation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed sales activity reports and maintaining an up-to-date database of clients and sales opportunities.
