We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Business Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 SDRs while actively contributing to sales efforts. You will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring strong communication, performance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6 SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Actively participate in sales activities and pipeline development
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the client
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with client goals and campaign objectives
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $3,400,000 COP
- Performance Bonus: 25%
- Meal Bonus: $100,000 COP
- Bonus for complete 3 months: $300.000 COP
- Contract: 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension and permanent placement
- Work Modality: On-site for the first 3 months, then remote

This is an exciting new campaign focused on driving revenue growth for our clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading global companies such as Airbnb and Booking.com, gaining valuable exposure in the travel and hospitality industry.

- B2-C1 English Level
