CRM and Automation Engineer

We're looking for a CRM & Automation Engineer to manage and optimize our CRM ecosystem, automate lead management processes, and ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms.

In this role, you'll configure and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL), build and troubleshoot n8n workflows, integrate systems through APIs and webhooks, and leverage AI technologies to improve lead routing, qualification, and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

• (Preferable) Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM configuration, pipelines, workflows, and contact management).
• Strong knowledge of n8n automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation.
• Understanding of lead data pipelines, ETL processes, and data synchronization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-platform integrations and distributed systems.
