Our next Customer Service Team Lead has the mission to integrate the leadership team of our most innovative campaign. This campaign is in charge of remotely driving a bot, with an Xbox control, through the streets of different countries around the world, to complete food delivery services. Speed time and security are top guidelines in our campaign performance. Our client is a start-up, so growth in operations is a constant.
Here’s our offer conditions:
- 💸 Compensation: Basic salary $3,400,000, plus a transport allowance of $100,000 and a prepaid health allowance of $100,000.
- 💵 Performance Bonuses: You could earn up to an additional $510,000 based on meeting performance goals.
- ☎ Schedule: Work 44 hours per week, two days off. Rotating shifts. Our client's business operations is 24/7.
- 🕋 Location: Work on-site at Connecta Bogotá: Cll 26 #92-32 (Gold 9 - Floor 4).
