This is a multichannel customer service campaign dedicated to home delivery services. 📦

Position Details:

Hybrid Role: 10 weeks on-site training, then primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance. 🏢

Location: Connecta Bogotá – Calle 26 # 92-32 (Gold 9, 4th Floor). 📍

Contract: Indefinite-term contract, fully paid training. 📄

Salary: $2,847,000 base + $100,000 health assistance  + 15% performance bonus + all legal benefits.  💵

Schedule: Rotating shifts (every 2 weeks) - Full-time availability required - 24/7 ⏰

*Requirements: C1 english level required and certified.* 🌟
