Senior customer service agent

We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. The focus will be on resolving issues related to customer orders. Interactions will take place through chat, phone calls, and emails.
This role will involve assisting customers with any problems they encounter with their orders and ensuring a smooth resolution process.

💸 Competitive Compensation: Basic Salary 2,848,000 + 100,000 health allowance + 15% performance bonus + all legal benefits.
💪🏻 Top-Notch Training: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. based on seasonal needs, this could be one week of training or two + one week of transitional nesting
☎ Schedule: Work 44 hours per week with a fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., including two days off per week.
📄 Contract Benefits: Permanent contract that includes all legal benefits.
🔜 Start Date: The start date is June 3rd 2025
